Detailed medical history taken by an experienced Physician.
Full system examination (Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Abdominal, Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Ear/Nose and Throat).
Full body composition (measuring height, weight, muscle mass, visceral fat rating) Body Mass Index, Body Fat percentage calculation, Metabolic rate, Metabolic Age.
Blood tests (more than 25 specific lab readings): Haematology profile (including white cell count and ESR), Full Biochemistry profile relating to liver and kidney. Iron status, Gout blood test, Bone profile (incl. Magnesium levels), glucose and cholesterol (lipid) full profile.
Diabetes screen: HbA1c blood test (measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months).
Thyroid hormone profile test.
Testosterone blood level.
Blood tests to measure PSA levels (prostate specific antigen).
