If you have more than 2 children in your family, the rates for each extra child are: Priority Family = £30, Apex Family = £50. Please inform us.

Membership Application
Step 1
Fill in the form on the right hand side to proceed with your membership application. Press submit. We will email you within 24 - 48h, please ensure that the details are correctly filled out. A membership form and a health questionnaire will be sent for you to fill out.
Step 2
Our team will then call you and answer any questions you have. You will have a free consultation with a doctor who will review your health questionnaire and address any health concerns.
Step 3
Our clinical team will review your application. Once approved you will receive a welcome letter, including payment details and instructions how to use your Membership tier benefits. You will be able to start using your Membership tier benefits following completion of the process.
