We offer three different tiers of annual membership, each allowing you to choose your preferred level of care and unlock personalised health care for your unique needs. As a member, you will enjoy priority access to appointments and discounted services to give you peace of mind. Our memberships are limited and thus are all subject to availability.
We also offer family packages to ensure the health of your entire family is covered. Say goodbye to long waits for appointments and rushed consultations that do not fully address your concerns. At London Harley Street Practice, we provide longer appointments, same-day bookings, shorter waiting times, and personalised care tailored to your needs. With access to rapid diagnostics and specialist referrals, we deliver a seamless, patient-focused service you can rely on. This membership scheme is not linked to the NHS and does not replace it either.

The same benefits as a Priority Member applied to the whole family. This is package is designed for peace of mind and convenience for the family. This package covers 4 people in total, thus either 1 parent and 3 children or 2 parents and 2 children.

Apex Membership affords you the most inclusive healthcare package with us. It has been designed for those who value comprehensive, premium healthcare. This membership offers exceptional benefits, and peace of mind all year round, ensuring your health and wellbeing are always at the forefront of care.

Apex Family Membership applies the benefits of the Apex Membership to the whole family. Our most inclusive and premium package for your loved ones all year round. This package covers 4 people in total, thus either 1 parent and 3 children or 2 parents and 2 children.

¹ A family consists of the following: 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children (a child is considered aged 0-16y).
If you have more than 2 children in your family, the rates for each extra child are: Priority Family = £30, Apex Family = £50. Please inform us.

Membership Application
Step 1
Fill in the form on the right hand side to proceed with your membership application. Press submit. We will contact you within 24 - 48h.
Step 2
Our team will then call you and answer any questions you have. You will be sent a health questionnaire and a service agreement form to fill out for each person respectively to proceed.
Step 3
After you have returned this, our clinical team will review your application. Once approved you will receive a free welcome phone/video call with one of our doctors to discuss your health (optional).
Step 4
You will be able to start using your Membership tier benefits immediately.
