Posture & Spinal Health
Modern lifestyles can place prolonged demands on the spine and musculoskeletal system. Desk work, computer use, driving, prolonged sitting and repetitive activities can contribute to stiffness, muscular tension and postural discomfort.
At London Harley Street Practice, our McTimoney-trained chiropractor assesses posture, spinal movement and overall musculoskeletal function.
The McTimoney method takes a whole-body approach, using gentle, precise and low-force chiropractic adjustments where appropriate.
Treatment may also include mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques and practical advice on posture, movement and exercise.
Spine & Posture Check
If you are concerned about your posture or spinal health but are not sure whether you need a full chiropractic appointment, we offer a focused free 15-minute Spine & Posture Check. Please call us to book this.
This provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns and determine whether a more detailed assessment would be beneficial.
Our aim is to help you understand your musculoskeletal health and maintain comfortable, healthy movement in everyday life.
