Chiropractor for Back Pain

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care. It can develop through prolonged sitting, poor posture, physical activity, lifting, repetitive movements, sporting activity or previous injury.

At London Harley Street Practice, our McTimoney-trained chiropractor provides individualised assessment and gentle chiropractic treatment for a range of back and spinal problems.

Gentle McTimoney chiropractic

Our chiropractor is trained in the McTimoney method of chiropractic, a gentle, low-force approach using precise and controlled adjustments. Unlike techniques that rely on forceful manipulation, McTimoney adjustments are designed to be light and specific, with many patients finding the treatment comfortable and reassuring.

Your treatment is tailored to your symptoms, physical condition and individual needs. Depending on your assessment, treatment may include gentle chiropractic adjustments, mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques and advice on movement, posture and exercises.

We can assess problems including lower back pain, stiffness, muscular tension, activity-related back pain and some forms of sciatica.

Because our chiropractic service is based within a private GP practice, you also have access to wider medical support where appropriate. If your symptoms require further assessment, investigation or specialist referral, this can be considered as part of your care.
