London Harley Street Practice Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the London Harley Street Practice Membership programme. By enrolling in our membership tiers, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing
2. Definitions
Member: Any individual or family enrolled in a membership tier.
Membership Benefits: Services and privileges provided to members based on their membership tier.
Child: A child is aged from 0 to 16 years.
Adult: Is either a parent or a legal guardian.
Priority / Apex Family: A membership package covering two adults and two children or 1 adult and 3 children.
Clinic: Refers to London Harley Street Practice (LHSP) based at 66 Harley Street, London, W1G 7HD.
Start Date: Your membership will begin once the first payment has been made and confirmed.
3. Membership Tiers We offer three membership tiers with associated benefits and fees:
3.1 Starter Membership
Fee: £120 annually (paid upfront).
Renewal: Automatically renews annually unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date.
3.2 Priority Membership
Fee: £85 per month.
Minimum Term: 6 months. If cancelled before the end of the minimum term, the remaining months must still be paid in full.
3.3 Apex Membership
Fee: £115 per month.
Minimum Term: 12 months. If cancelled before the end of the minimum term, the remaining months must still be paid in full.
4. Family Packages These are available for Priority and Apex Memberships. A family is defined as two adults and two children or 1 adult and 3 children.
4.1 Family Pricing:
Priority Family Membership: £250 per month.
Apex Family Membership: £320 per month.
Family bundles are subject to the same minimum term requirements as the individual memberships.
5. Scope of Services
5.1 Starter Membership
Annual fee of £120.
Access to standard pay-as-you-go clinic fees.
Seasonal discounts.
No prescription charges.
5.2 Priority Membership
Monthly subscription: £85 per person (minimum 6 months).
Includes unlimited GP consultations per year (including telephone/video consultations).
Priority access to services (subject to availability).
No sign-up fee.
No prescription charges.
5% discount for health checks.
5% discount for blood tests.
5% discount for ultrasound scans at the clinic.
Note: Priority Access does not guarantee that you will always be able to secure an appointment on your desired time or date.
5.2 Priority Family Membership
Monthly subscription: £250 per family (minimum 6 months).
Includes unlimited GP consultations per year (including telephone/video consultations).
Priority access to services (subject to availability).
No sign-up fee.
No prescription charges.
5% discount for health checks.
5% discount for blood tests.
5% discount for ultrasound scans at the clinic.

5.3 Apex Membership
Monthly subscription: £115 per person (minimum 12 months).
Includes unlimited GP consultations (including telephone/video consultations).
Priority access to services (subject to availability).
Special Benefits:
A single free annual consultation with our Musculoskeletal therapist.
A single free annual consultation with our Psychotherapist.
A single free annual ear hygiene treatment.
A single free annual Well Man or Well Woman Health Check.
No sign-up fee.
No prescription charges.
10% discount for annual health checks (if a well man/woman health check was not taken).
10% discount for all laboratory tests.
10% discount for home visits.
10% discount for ultrasound scans at the clinic.

5.3 Apex Family Membership
Monthly subscription: £320 per family (minimum 12 months).
Includes unlimited GP consultations (including telephone/video consultations).
Priority access to services (subject to availability).
Special Benefits:
A single free annual consultation with our Musculoskeletal therapist.
A single free annual consultation with our Psychotherapist.
A single free annual ear hygiene treatment.
A single free annual Well Man or Well Woman or Well Child Health Check.

No prescription charges.
10% discount for annual health checks (if a well man/woman/child health check was not taken).

Consultation Durations:
GP consultations are 30 minutes in duration.
Telephone consultations are 15 minutes in duration.
Video consultations are 15 minutes in duration.
Home Visits:
Home visits are restricted to a 2-mile radius from the clinic's main address.
Prescription Policy:
The clinic does not prescribe Schedule 1, 2, or 3 controlled drugs.
6. Subscription Fees and Payment
All fees are payable via direct debit or credit card. Payments must be made on time to maintain access to membership benefits.
Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases outlined in Section 9 (Cancellation and Refunds).
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
The membership payments are set as a rolling term unless specified otherwise.
7. Membership Benefits Restrictions
Each membership tier may include limits on specific benefits (e.g., the number of consultations per month).
Any misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination.
8. Membership Approval Process
Signing up for a membership does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is subject to review by our clinical team.
The clinical team will review your application to ensure that we can competently provide the appropriate care. Membership will only be confirmed after this review process.
9. Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the date of joining to exercise your right to cancel and receive a full refund.
To cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day period. The refund will be processed once we confirm your cancellation request.
After the Right to Cancel Period:
After the 14-day right to cancel period, you will be committed to the full term of the membership.
If you decide to cancel your membership after this period, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for paying the full remaining balance of the membership.
Charges for Services Used During the Right to Cancel Period:
If you have used any services within the 14-day right to cancel period, those services will be charged at the normal rates, regardless of your cancellation request.
Renewal Cancellation
Starter Membership: Must be cancelled 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
Priority and Apex Memberships: Cannot be cancelled before fulfilling the minimum term. After the minimum term, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for Starter Memberships or the remaining months of Priority or Apex Memberships if cancelled during the minimum term. Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances at the clinic’s discretion.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By enrolling in our membership programme, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11.1 Data Usage
We collect personal information necessary for managing your membership and providing services, including name, contact information, and payment details.
Data will only be shared with third parties when necessary for service delivery or legal compliance. Your data will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
11.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. In the event of a data breach, affected members will be notified in accordance with legal requirements.
11.3 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

11.4 Data Retention Policy
Personal data will be retained for a period necessary to fulfil membership obligations and comply with legal requirements.
Members may request data deletion after membership termination by contacting us.
12. Liability
The clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership use.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the member within the last 12 months. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
13. Force Majeure
The clinic is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or power outages.
14. Member Obligations
Members must provide accurate personal details and notify the clinic of any changes.
Members must adhere to clinic policies, including respecting staff and other members.
15. Changes in Membership Structure
The clinic reserves the right to update or discontinue membership tiers, pricing, or benefits.
Members will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance.
16. Medical Disclaimer
Membership does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment success.
All medical decisions are made by healthcare professionals based on individual assessments.
17. Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the clinic.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
19. Communication and Notices
Official notices regarding memberships, fee changes, or amendments will be communicated via email or the clinic’s website.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Agreement Confirmation and Acceptance
By signing below or electronically acknowledging these terms and conditions, the undersigned confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this contract. The undersigned acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice. It is further understood that the membership is subject to approval by the clinic, and the agreement will only become effective once the clinic’s approval has been granted. No modifications or amendments to the terms will be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
This contract will take effect on the date of the last signature or electronic confirmation, provided the clinic approves the membership.
